Here at Mashable we recognize the importance of disconnecting from one’s daily routine to give back to the community. As part of Mashable’s #Mashgives program, some of our team headed upstate to Hudson Highlands State Park to help clear a hiking path.  

The crew was happy to spend some time outside the office and offer their services on a beautiful fall day!

Thanks NY/NJ Trail Conference for making our volunteer day challenging and fun! 

We definitely have a new appreciation of all the hard work that goes into constructing trails.
